Introduction: In HIV infected children, skin disorders are important as they serve clue to diagnosis of the disease. The Skin is one early systems affected by HIV/AIDS, which can affect almost all organs and in body. Prevalence among children up 90% some studies. Objective: To determine prevalence attending paediatric infectious disease clinic Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital Kano, Nigeria.
